AMBIGUITY. EVERYTHING IS AS IT SEEMS. OR NOT.

Real, surreal, deep and light.

The project has born by chance with “A love of drink” picture. The inspiration came from the almost natural lips that formed in the glass and that gave a surreal appeal to the image. It is then matured the think to represent with lightness, irony and amusement social arguments and not. The guiding thread of the whole project is surreal: it is what goes beyond the dimension of reality, which offers fantastic suggestions, which evokes deep aspects of the psyche. My goal is to shake the thought and souls, sometimes with deep reflections, sometimes with lightness and irony.

I think photography is a means to express what is not seen, to tell what is heard and to imagine what does not exist. They are not just mere representations of reality but often an alteration of the real scene or an association and overlapping of objects to create further meaning.
